Are you accepting custom orders?

Yes, I am accepting custom portrait orders at this time.

How do purchase a custom portrait?

To purchase a custom portrait and to be added to my books please complete the following steps.

1. View my pricing sheet.
2. Place your order through by clicking on the “Place Your Order” button.
3. Create a Dropbox folder containing all the photos needed to recreate your art piece. Submit link to info@brittanirosepaper.com.

* Once these steps are completed you will then be added to my waitlist.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I do!  I offer three to six month payment plan options.  Payment plans are interest free and do not require a credit check to be approved.

Once a payment plan has been decided on, a contract will be sent over for you to approve.

Please contact me before you make your purchase to schedule out your payment plan dates and amount.  

How long will it take for me to receive my custom portrait?

Once all the above steps have been completed, you will then be added to my waitlist.  Production time varies depending on the season so please message me for an exact time frame or if you have a specific need by date. 

How do I submit my photos?

The best way to submit your photos would be to create a dropbox folder and email the link to info@brittanirosepaper.com.

How much detail is replicated into the piece?

These are very personal pieces and it’s in the finest of detail that makes each person or pet unique. I recreate every earring, handbag, and ring to name a few so please don’t hesitate to send me photos of items you think are too small to recreate. I might surprise you.

How do I pick the right photos to complete my custom portrait?

A minimum of three reference photos (per person). Close-up and full-profile front-facing photos are needed.

Please pick sharp high-resolution photos and create a Dropbox folder for easy sharing. If a photo is too small or poor quality, I will not be able to make out enough detail for accurate replication. Individual photos and web links are perfectly fine to use!

To recap what is needed:

  • Three high resolution photos (per person)

  • Clear photos of desired hairstyle

  • Clear photos of desired clothing
    * web links also accepted

  • Create a folder with all your photos through Dropbox and email link to info@brittanirosepaper.com.

If a background is purchased with your portrait, please provide me with the following:

  • High resolution photos of the desired location

  • Location and name of venue (this would have been filled out in the questionnaire you completed)

How should I frame my portrait?

I recommend having your custom portrait framed in a shadow box frame to protect it from elements in our environment. I do not currently offer framing from my studio, but this style of frame can be found at any craft store or specialty framing shop. If local to the San Diego, I have a great guy that I can recommend.

Do you offer wedding day services?

Yes, I do! Custom day-of items is the perfect way to bring your invitation design through into the day of your wedding. I handcraft wedded guest books, place cards, table numbers, and everything in between. Each piece is custom tailored to your individual theme and vision.

What is payment policy?

Payment for your day-of items are to be paid in full in order to be added to my waitlist.

How long will my order take?

Each project is unique in the amount of time it will take to complete. It all depends on the complexity, size, deadline, and season. Some projects take me days, weeks, or up to a month to complete. Please message me for an exact time frame or if you have a specific need by date. 

How far in advance should I book?

I only take on a few clients each month due to the time it takes to create all the lovely custom paper details. This allows me the time to create quality products and build a stronger client experience. I recommend reaching out to me four-six months in advance to make sure you have a spot secured on my books and your piece is delivered in time.

What are your operating hours?

I am working hard on completing orders, answering emails, and packaging shipments Monday through Friday from 10am-4pm PST. Shipments are not made on Saturdays or Sundays. 

My shop will be closed on the following days in observance of the holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Please note, the shop may be closed for additional days during the Holidays as I spend time with family and friends.
