Which shipping carrier do you use?
I ship all orders through USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
If I order a paper doll or print in addition to my custom portrait, will everything ship together?
Yes, to avoid extra shipping charges your order will be packaged together.

What if I need to cancel my order?
Once you have placed an order for a custom portrait you have 48 hours to cancel your order to receive a full refund. Once the order has been placed for 48 hours a refund can not processed but a store credit can be applied for a later date.

Do you accept returns on custom orders?
Due to the work being individually custom made for each client, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges. When customers are happy, I am happy, so my number one goal is to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase. That is why it is extremely crucial to communicate with me fully and provide as many photos and as much detail as possible. If there are any issues with your order, please send me a message and I'll be happy to discuss options with you.
Please remember that these illustrations are a fun and quirky way to capture your family, friends, or pets. While the nature of my style is to create the likeness of your family based on the photos provided, it is not realism. I do my best to personalize each and every paper person/pet to be identified to each given person. I have a very limited selection of skin color tone papers to choose from so understand that I try to get the likeness of each skin tone but it may not be identical to each individual.
Do you accept returns on non-custom orders?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with the product please contact me to find a solution. Please send your item back within 14 days of receipt to receive a replacement or full refund. All merchandise should be in its original condition with the original packaging and receipt. Shipping and handling fees are unfortunately non-refundable.
